Ok Babes, here’s the skinny on getting skinny. My ”beauty boyfriend”, Dr. Daniel Lévy, has done it AGAIN. If you’re a regular around here, you already know my loyalty and LOVE for Dr. Lévy’s artistry, precision, and the innovation behind everything he does and creates.

 After helping me curate the perfect skincare routine (detailed my article titled, Botox and Beyond), I asked him to help me elevate my body and weight loss goals. Since giving birth to twins during the pandemic, I have come a long way on my body goals… but bouncing back from stubborn weight-gain and low energy has been a constant battle. All while trying to juggle all the things – y’all know, mommyhood, running a business, being a dedicated wifey and loving girlfriend to my loyal girl-squad… sound familiar mamas? I had previously tried several non-surgical body contouring treatments and even considered getting lipo, out of frustration from not being able to reach my body goals.  Needless to say, I was over-the-moon excited to learn about the latest innovation from Levy Aesthetics, which works from the inside out.

Needless to say, this was such a dream opportunity. Over the summer,  I was approached to do an interview and feature piece for Health Magazine. This was made possible by Emsculpt Neo and their mission to highlight modern mamas who are “normalizing” me-time and willing to try new technology to elevate themselves and their body goals to new heights. TIPS FOR A BETTER NIGHT SLEEP

You know how people always say once you have kids you’ll never sleep the same. Meaning you always sleep with one ear open! I don’t know about you Mamas, but I’ve found this to be absolutely true. Even though my son is three and sleeps through the night, I still have a hard time falling asleep and am a much lighter sleeper than I used to be. Needless to say, I not always the most well-rested Mama when my alarm clocks rings the next day!

Not because he’s not hungry, more so because he is just too excited to play with toys or pretend he’s a superhero (ha!).  Basically anything other than actually sitting down to eat. surprise yourself with your threshold! Motherhood is the ultimate testament to this 

theory. Literally, in every aspect: pregnancy, the delivery, postpartum, those sleepless 

newborn nights, sleep regressions, and constant toddler negotiations. And most 

recently for me, literally having to carry my 40 lbs toddler around everywhere for 4- 

weeks when he broke his leg

My favorite way to unwind at the end of the day is with kombucha. It’s the perfect ending to a busy day - all the bubbles and a healthy boost to your immune system.
