Being happy is an uncomplicated choice and important life skill. It’s OK to feel like things are hard, especially on those extra challenging days. But you can get through that if you have to give yourself an energy boost to make it over the hump.

HEALTHY MAMALet’s be real: Being a mother is hard. It’s truly a labor of love. Motherhood means you’re constantly putting the happiness and well being of your little ones above your own. For me, in order to be the best mother, model, wife and friend, I have to allow myself time to recharge. My favorite self-care routine is yoga. I always leave feeling stronger, re-centered and more focused.
