HOW TO GET THAT PERFECT GLOW
When it comes to makeup, I’m a firm believer that healthy skin is the most important piece. If your skin doesn’t look amazing, then all other makeup doesn’t really make that big of a difference. Sorry, I know that sounds harsh, but stay with me… I have all the insight on how to make flawless skin your new reality.
Achieving that perfect GLOW comes from several components:
1. You are what you eat. Eliminate ALL processed foods from your diet. Your skin needs a healthy, natural, balanced diet in order to truly shine.
2. Add this collagen fuel to your diet, TODAY! You will thank me later. This supplement has been a game changer when it comes to the appearance of my skin. My skin goes from a six to a ten after just two-weeks of adding one scoop a day to my diet. Collagen is lost as we age and it’s impossible to consume enough to replenish your dwindling supply without taking a supplement. It’s a type of protein that promotes skin elasticity, muscle recovery, hair + nail growth, etc. (meaning it’s your new BFF in the beauty department). In order to ensure I’m getting my daily dose, I religiously add one scope to my hot coffee every morning and – ta da! – I’m one step closer to having the best version of my skin.
3. Hydration is essential and your skin needs it in two different forms:

Step 1 – start with a clean face. Moisturize your skin, including an under-eye cream. Let this absorb into your skin before you apply any make up.
Step 2 – Apply a thin coat of BECCA Backlight Priming Filter all over your face evenly.
Step 3 – Then apply Nars sheer glow foundation with a sponge or brush all over. A little goes a long way. One bottle will last you forever, depending on how often you are using this. Typically, I only use foundation when I’m shooting or onset.
Step 4 – Maybelline Fit Me Concealer – to cover any dark circles or imperfections.
Step 5 – Bobbi Brown Foundation Stick #7 – use to contour your face. Video Tutorial coming soon.
Step 6 – Maybelline Fit Me Powder in 10 – to set all previous products on your skin. This is what makes your makeup last for hours and hours.
Step 7 – Mac Blush in peaches – adds a youthful, feminine hue to your cheeks.
Step 8 – MY FAVORITE PART: Apply Laura Geller Highlighter to bridge of your nose and across your check bones to give your face that coveted luminous look. It’s just the right amount of sparkle and will undoubtedly give you an extra pep in your step as you tackle the day with extra shine. I love this so much that I literally use this product every time I apply makeup.
